ELISPOT KITS AND ANTIBODIESThe Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSpot (ELISpot) assay is a very sensitive immunoassay, allowing detection of secreted cytokines at the single cell level. For the detection of human cytokines, chemokines and other immunological effector molecules, Mabtech provides a broad range of EliSpot kits in different formats. | B-CELL ELISPOT AND ANTIBODIESIn spite of the first described use of the ELISpot being that of detecting antibody-secreting B cells, there have so far not been any designated ELISpot kits for this application. To accommodate this need for validated reagents and protocols we have recently developed a series of kits for detection of human, monkey and mouse Ig-secreting cells. |
MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES FOR ELISPOT AND ELISAAll monoclonal antibodies used in our highly specific EliSpot and ELISA assay are also available separately in two different sizes.

ENZYME CONJUGATESSUPPLEMENTARIES FOR ELISPOTOur highly purified streptavidin-enzyme conjugates are especially suited for enzyme immunoassays. |

FLUOROSPOTMabtech has developed a high quality FluoroSpot assay with capacity for simultaneous detection of two different cytokines at the single cell level using detection reagents labeled with green and red fluorochrome. read more about the FluoroSpot technique
|
B-CELL FLUOROSPOTThe B-cell FluoroSpot is as sensitive as ELISpot but offers the possibility to, in the same well, separately define and enumerate B cells secreting antibodies of different isotypes. This can be done for antigen-specific B-cells or with the purpose to determine the total number of B cells producing different immunoglobulin isotypes. |

Enzyme Conjugates:Streptavidin-Enzyme Supplementaries for use in ELISA: We supply a ready-to-use ELISA diluent or Assay buffer especially suited for use with serum/plasma samples in ELISA. |

EliSpot ApplicationsThe cytokine ELISpot assay has been widely applied to investigate specific immune responses in various diseases including infections, cancer, allergies and autoimmune diseases. It has also become a standard tool in the development and monitoring of new vaccines and vaccine candidates. Often Interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) has been the analyte of choice serving as an immunocorrelate for CD8+ cytotoxic T-cell (CTL) responses |
