April 6 2010 We are pleased to announce the launch of human IL-23 ELISA and
ELISpot kits and reagents.
IL-23 is a disulfide-linked heterodimer which consists of the unique
p19 subunit linked to the p40 subunit of IL-12.
IL-23 is a
proinflammatory cytokine. Upon infection with certain pathogens, IL-23
is produced by macrophages and dendritic cells. The IL-23 receptor is
expressed on Th17 cells and IL-23 is responsible for Th17 expansion and

AID EliSpot IFL-Reader
A Versatile EliSpot Reader System for current and future uses!
Researchers as well as clinicians now have access to an excellent tool for fast and reliable investigation of the parameters of host immunity. AID has recently established a new EliSpot reader ELR-IFL04 with dual capability (analysis of conventional colorimetric EliSpot assay as well as new fluorescence based dual color Fluorescent assays (Red/Cy3 and green /FITC labels). Given that no hardware manipulation will be required for switching between colorimetric and fluorescent assay analysis, AID is now launching a new era of EliSpot technology! More information on the IFL EliSpot Reader.
